Daniel Stuzin
Daniel is a founder and managing principal of SF Partners and is responsible for setting the investment strategy of the firm. He maintains overall responsibility for all operations of the firm. Daniel holds a bachelors degree in accounting from the University of Illinois and a J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law. Daniel is a C.P.A and is admitted to the Florida Bar. Prior to operating SF Partners, Daniel was President and founder of SF Partners Mortgage LLC, a licensed commercial Florida lender that originated and managed commercial loans between 2003-2009.

Elliot Grub
Elliot has been with SF Partners since its inception in 2009 and is responsible for business origination, risk evaluation, underwriting, pricing and management of all real estate investments. In addition, he oversees the marketing and leasing efforts for all portfolio properties. He has more than 25 years of experience in the real estate and finance industry. Elliot holds a bachelor’s degree from Tulane University and an M.B.A from the H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business and Entrepreneurship at Nova Southeastern University.

Michael Rosen
Michael has been with SF Partners since its inception in 2009 and oversees the day-to-day real estate operations of portfolio properties in Florida, Georgia, Philadelphia, PA and Richmond, VA. He has over 25 years of experience in development, construction, leasing and property management. Michael holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and an M.B.A in Real Estate Development & Management from Nova Southeastern University.

Symen Morales
Symen has been with SF Partners since its inception in 2009 and oversees the day-to-day real estate operations of portfolio properties in Florida, Colorado, Pittsburgh, PA and Norfolk, VA. He has over 20 years of experience in asset management, construction, leasing and property management. Symen holds a bachelor’s degree from DePaul University and an M.B.A from Webster University.
